Biology Topic Practice

pH and Amylase Practical

This required practical investigates how the rate of starch breakdown by amylase is affected by pH.

What reagent do we use to test for the disappearance of starch?

What is pH and Amylase Practical?

"The pH and amylase practical is an experiment to determine the optimum pH for the enzyme amylase."

Question 1

Question 3

Which answer best completes the statement? ____ quadrat sampling uses random numbers to choose squares before placing quadrats

Question 4
